There is nothing to remember about how you filed something, because you never filed it.

Tap the search bar on Explore and describe the thing the way you would describe it to someone: the green paint in the hallway, the boiler certificate, the washing machine serial number. You do not need the words that are printed on it — Keeplea read those when you captured it, and it also understands what the thing was.
Exact strings work too. A part number, an order reference or a serial you paste in comes back even when nothing else on the item matches.
Browse
Collections gather what you keep, on their own, and change shape as your library grows. They are a way to wander, not a filing system: an item can sit outside every collection and still be perfectly findable by asking. Nothing is ever lost by being ungrouped.
Trips collect what you photographed while you were away from home. They appear on their own, and if you have not been anywhere, there is nothing to show and the section stays out of your way.
Favorites is the heart on any item. That tab holds them, most recently hearted first.
When the answer is not there
Try fewer words, or different ones — describe the object rather than the text on it. If something still will not come back, tell us what you searched for and what you expected; retrieval is the part of Keeplea we most want to hear about.
