Delete an item, or everything
Remove one thing, or your whole account and every photograph in it.
Keeplea is easy to leave. That’s deliberate: a place you can’t get your things out of is a filing cabinet with a lock on it.
One item
Open it and delete it. The photograph goes with it, on every device you’re signed in on.
Everything
Settings → your account → Delete account. It removes your account and sign-in, every item you saved, and every photograph behind them. It can’t be undone, and there’s no waiting period to change your mind, so the app asks you to confirm.
If you never created an account and have been using Keeplea as a guest, the same button removes your guest data — the items and the photographs — and there’s nothing left behind.
Full instructions, including how to do this without the app installed, are on the delete your account page.
Your subscription is separate
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription, because Apple and Google own that relationship, not us. Cancel it first — see Pro, and how to cancel.
