Pro, and how to cancel
What Pro changes, where to see the price, and how to stop paying.
Keeplea is free to start and free to keep using. Pro is for people who have stopped counting.
What Pro changes
It lifts the limit on how much you can keep, and it stores your originals at full resolution. Everything else — capture, search, collections, trips, the lock, the wifi codes — is in the free app and stays there.
What it costs
Open Settings → Upgrade to Pro. The price shown there is the price in your country, in your currency, from Apple or Google directly, which is why we do not print a number on this website that would be wrong for most of the people reading it.
Cancelling
Subscriptions belong to the store you bought them from, so that is where they end:
- iPhone — Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Keeplea → Cancel.
- Android — Play Store → your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Keeplea → Cancel.
Settings → Manage subscription in Keeplea takes you to the right place on either phone. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing you kept is deleted when it ends.
If you paid and Pro has not arrived
Force-quit Keeplea and open it again — the stores can take a moment to tell us. If it still says free after that, email us from the address on your account and we will sort it out.
Refunds
Apple and Google handle refunds themselves, and we cannot issue one on their behalf. Ask through Apple’s refund page or the Play Store’s order history.
